With full-service planning from start to finish, we collaborated closely with the client to develop event strategy, set timelines, and coordinate logistics across multiple spaces in The Westin Times Square. From managing online registration and securing a hotel room block to designing a flexible agenda with simultaneous breakout sessions, we ensured every detail was aligned with our client’s goals.

In addition to sessions for adults, the conference included an engaging youth track, which included onsite activities, featured compelling speakers, and an unforgettable offsite tour on a New York City double-decker bus. The experience was capped with a group visit to the Empire State Building, a highlight for many young attendees.
