Albrecht Events Brings a National Research Conference to Life in Tempe

For the second year in a row, Albrecht Events is proud to partner with a leading national research organization to plan and execute their annual conference, welcoming over 500 attendees for three days of presentations, networking, and innovation.

After a successful 2024 event in Seattle, the AE team is once again managing every detail of this year’s conference, taking place this November in Tempe, Arizona. From the early planning stages to on-site coordination, our team ensures that every aspect of this complex conference runs smoothly

Comprehensive Conference Planning and Management

Albrecht Events oversees the full conference planning process from start to finish, including:

• Venue and Hotel Management: We collaborate closely with the host hotel to secure the best meeting spaces for a robust, multi-day agenda including more than 180 oral, workshops, and symposia sessions, and over 160 poster presentations. AE manages banquet event orders, audiovisual needs, and hotel room blocks for guest lodging, ensuring that every technical and logistical detail ensures a seamless attendee experience.
• Abstract Submission and Registration: AE develops and manages the conference registration website and abstract submission system. We collect and organize hundreds of research submissions, facilitate the review process, and coordinate communications with accepted presenters all while creating a user-friendly online experience.
• Speaker and Presentation Management: Our team manages speaker communications and the collection of presentation slide decks, ensuring that the AV representatives are prepared and presenters are equipped for success.
• Media and Communications: AE partners with the client to shape the conference’s media and communications strategy, including pre-event messaging, on-site signage, and post-conference follow-up.
• On-Site Execution: During the three-day event, our team is on the ground to welcome guests and manage the registration desk, AV production, room transitions, speaker support, and attendee flow, maintaining a consistent, professional experience from the conference opening to its closing session.
