This spring, Albrecht Events had the opportunity to manage a full-day, multi-track conference for nearly 300 professionals at City Winery, creating an experience centered on learning, collaboration, and networking.

Managing Four Concurrent Educational Tracks

One of the day’s biggest logistical challenges was coordinating four simultaneous breakout tracks. Each room required its own audiovisual setup, presentation support, and technical coordination.

During lunch, attendees also experienced a live product demonstration that required additional audiovisual planning and production support. Coordinating a live presentation alongside meal service demanded careful timing and communication between the venue, catering team, AV technicians, and event staff to create a seamless experience.
