In May, Albrecht Events partnered with organizers of a community-led conference for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, held at City Winery in the heart of Center City, Philadelphia. Our team seamlessly orchestrated a dynamic, full-day event, from registration and a networking breakfast, to session management, sponsor relations, and a lively happy hour.
The event brought together over 250 professionals from various sectors, ranging from administrators to developers seeking to elevate their skills and network in a vibrant setting. With more than 30 sessions ranging from career growth paths to technical topics, attendees were engrossed in:
- interactive workshops and expert-led presentations
- speed networking and industry connections
- exciting live product demos
The AE team managed complete venue coordination, transforming City Tavern and its multiple spaces into vibrant learning hubs. With collaboration from the client, a thoughtful menu was curated from early morning breakfast and a nourishing lunch to various break snacks and a festive Cinco de Mayo happy hour. Our planners sourced skilled AV partner, Synergetic Sounds, to ensure the effortless transition between every presentation and keep up with the fast-paced nature of the event. AE also assisted with the sponsor process, helping to coordinate booths and assist with on-site needs so those supporting the event could focus on engaging with attendees.
